1. Services Provided

J L Jets – Pressure Washing Solutions provides exterior cleaning services including but not limited to:

• Jet washing
• Roof cleaning
• Gutter cleaning
• Wall, brick, and render cleaning

All services will be carried out with reasonable care and skill using professional equipment.

2. Quotations & Pricing

All quotes are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.

Prices are based on the condition and size of the area to be cleaned.

If the condition of the property differs significantly, we reserve the right to adjust the price.

Additional work outside the original quote may incur extra charges.

3. Booking & Cancellations

Bookings are confirmed once a date and time have been agreed upon.

• At least 24 hours’ notice required for cancellations or rescheduling
• Late cancellations may result in a fee
• We may reschedule due to weather or unforeseen issues

4. Access to Property

The customer must ensure:

• Safe and clear access to the property
• Access to water supply if required
• Removal of vehicles or obstacles

We are not responsible for delays or charges due to restricted access.

5. Property Condition & Risk

While every care is taken:

• Some surfaces may already be damaged or deteriorated
• Pressure washing may expose existing weaknesses

We are not responsible for pre-existing damage. Customers should inform us of known issues beforehand.

6. Payments

Payment is due upon completion unless agreed otherwise.

• Accepted methods: Cash or bank transfer
• Late payments may incur additional charges

7. Liability

We hold appropriate insurance coverage.

• Liability is limited to the value of the service
• We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses

Nothing excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

8. Weather Conditions

Services are weather dependent and may be delayed due to:

• Heavy rain
• High winds
• Freezing temperatures
• Unsafe conditions

9. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied:

• Notify us within 48 hours
• We will assess and rectify issues where appropriate
